LAST CHANCE **Attention Graduates – Name Pronunciations & Graduation Information**

Dear Graduates,

We want to ensure that we pronounce your name correctly at the commencement ceremony.  If you suspect that the pronouncer may have difficulty pronouncing your name, please fill out this form to provide a phonetic pronunciation of your name for the pronouncer at graduation.  Please complete this form by Friday, Friday, April 20 at 4:30 p.m. so that we can have the cards created in time for graduation.

Please note that we will not be able to take corrections at the graduation ceremony, so please make sure that you complete the form by April 20.  If you have questions, please contact Abby Gardner.
