Associate and Summer Positions with Boutique Business and Healthcare firm in Florida

RezLegal is boutique business and healthcare law firm located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida (a suburb of Jacksonville).  Our firm handles complex business transactions and regulatory matters that are typically found at large law firms, but our boutique atmosphere allows us to focus on providing our clients with a high-level of personalized service. Our firm has consistently been ranked as a Best Law Firm by US News and World Reports.
Our firm is looking for someone who is interested in working on a broad range of corporate transactional and regulatory healthcare matters.
· For corporate transactional work, projects typically include structuring and advising on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, buy-sell agreements, raising private capital, executive compensation plans and intellectual property protection.
· For regulatory healthcare work, projects typically include navigating complex regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, analyzing corporate compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions of health care entities, assisting with billing audits from government and commercial insurance and appeals, and handling facility licensure issues.
The preferred criteria for candidates applying should consist of the following:
· Top 25% of class
· Law Review (or other law journal), Moot Court or legal work experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail with excellent organization abilities
· Team player with a collaborative mindset
· Entrepreneurial instinct

Our firm offers full benefits and a transparent bonus structure, as well as an associate development program that provides the associates with clear and measurable benchmarks to help the associates grow and develop. Summer Associate compensation is $8000 per month. Associate position compensation is TBD.
