Apply for the HNBA LGBT Division Legacy Scholarship.

The HNBA LGBT Division Legacy Scholarship awards law students with demonstrated success in law school and commitment to promoting LGBTQ+ rights, inclusion, and equity, particularly
those which intersect with the HNBA VIA (“Vision in Action”) goal to support the development and advancement of Hispanic students, legal professionals, and community members.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Currently enrolled law student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school or a recent law graduate from an ABA-accredited law school studying for a Bar Exam in the
United States; and
2. Demonstrated commitment to promoting LGBTQ+ rights, inclusion, and equity, particularly those which intersect with the development and advancement of Hispanic /
Latino students, legal professionals, and community members.

1. Current Resume of Applicant
2. Law School Transcript (Unofficial Transcripts Accepted)
3. Personal Statement (Not to Exceed 500 Words):
4. Two Letters of Recommendation
