TOMORROW! Tennessee Court of Appeals
The Tennessee Court of Appeals will be on campus to hear three cases in the Historic Courtroom at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 1st: (1) Trezevant v. Trezevant, (2) Franklin v. City of Memphis, and (3) Welch v. Oaktree Health and Rehab Center, LLC. All are encouraged to attend. The briefs to these cases and the new docket are attached so you can familiarize yourselves with the issues in advance of oral argument. Witnessing these hearings is an invaluable experience for law students of all levels, and we very much appreciate the court’s efforts to provide us this opportunity.
