3Ls: Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals seeks Judicial Law Clerk
Graduating 3Ls:
Newly sworn in Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals Judge Matthew Wilson seeks law clerks for his Chambers in Jackson, TN. Both law graduates and graduating 3Ls will be considered. The position starts May 30, 2023, however time will be allowed for studying for the bar. Position only open until filled. Apply via Symplicity Post 6896.
From Judge Wilson: “My desire would be to hire someone who recently graduated, who can work while studying for the bar exam. The general arrangement would be to study at work in between or after projects (probably four hours of studying per day), then two to three weeks off to study before taking the exam. Some applicants are scared of this, but I did it and passed, and folks can get paid to study.”
