An excellent opportunity for professional growth, this position will join a, collaborative team of seasoned attorneys willing to mentor and develop new talent. Licensed attorneys will be considered for the current position and 3Ls and recent grads sitting for the bar will be considered for upcoming positions.

Qualifications include:
• JD degree from approved law school
• Active member in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
• Civil defense litigation experience preferred
• Excellent writing, communication, and research skills

Responsibilities include:
• Support senior attorneys in handling complex cases
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and conference notes
• Conduct depositions and handle court appearances
• Provide counsel to insurance claims departments
• Assist in managing litigation caseload
• Conduct discovery research, analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts
