3Ls: Post-Grad Judicial Clerkship in Nashville
The Honorable W. Neal McBrayer of the Tennessee Court of Appeals (Nashville, TN) has an opening for an entry level judicial law clerk for a graduating 3L starting in August 2023.
This position entails: legal research, drafting opinions, writing bench memos, proofreading and editing opinions, and checking citations.
Law review membership while in law school required. Attention to detail and accuracy are very important.
