REQUIREMENTS
Judge Webster is seeking a motivated and dependable student to research and draft opinions, office memoranda, and legal forms. The law clerk will also occasionally handle the duties of the courtroom clerk along with some correspondence, scheduling, recording, and other administrative activities. All applicants should be in the top half of his or her law school class and be competent with Westlaw and LexisNexis. Law Review, Moot Court, or other writing experience is preferred.
