2Ls: Martin Tate OCI, Apply by August 9

Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. seeks 2L summer 2027 associates. Candidates should be in the Top 25%, but consideration will be given to applicants with other positive indicators of future performance. Moot court and/or law review, preferred. Martin Tate reserves the right to reject any candidate for submitting cover letter/writing sample that has been determined to have been generated by artificial intelligence. Cover letter should include explanation of applicant’s interest in the Memphis area.

Submit resume, cover letter (to Hiring Committee), transcript, and writing sample to apply, via Symplicity OCI, Fall 2026 OCI (Aug 24-28). Selected candidates will be interviewed on campus on August 25.
