We are looking for 2Ls (Summer 2025 Rising 3Ls) with an interest in Civil Litigation who are hoping to practice in the Nashville Area after law school. This would be an in-person position, but the interview may be conducted remotely, if necessary. Description
Provide support to multiple attorneys.
Draft correspondence and other legal documents.
Assist with drafting and responding to discovery.
Use Microsoft Office and other programs to assist in drafting of documents.
Perform legal research.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation.
Attend hearings with attorneys.
Support document management using Clio.
Other duties as assigned.
