2L & 3L Volunteers Needed for Pretrial Litigation Class

Professor Burk needs 2L and 3L volunteers to act as clients and witnesses for his Pretrial Litigation class.  The time commitment is modest—depending on the number of volunteers, it likely will amount to 2-3 hours in the first two weeks of class, 2-4 hours scattered through October, and 2-3 hours scattered through November.  You will act as a witness and a client, and see what it’s like to be one while the students in the class lawyer on you (so to speak).  If you have interest or questions, email Prof. Burk at baburk@memphis.edu.  He promises it will be fun.  And there will be sweets.
