1Ls & 2Ls: Summer Law Clerk position in Family Law

Rice Caperton Rice, PLLC seeks a 1L or 2L to serve as a summer law clerk in its family law practice. This position allows for the law clerks to experience a full range of activities from attending court proceedings, preparing client for deposition, and serving as opposing counsel in a mock trial. Clerks will gain experience in legal research as well as drafting memoranda and other court documents.
