1L Bar Governor Elections

Class of 2018,

SBA 1L Bar Governor Elections kick off this week. If you are interested in running for 1L Bar Governor, you will need to submit a petition of 25 signatures from members of your section and a personal statement of no more than 250 words to Craig Richardson (email is cbrchrd1@memphis.edu) by 5:30 PM on Friday, September 4. Please submit your petition signatures by putting them in Craig’s student mailbox, 213.  I am attaching the election campaign rules and a petition sheet to this email. Once you get both turned in, you may begin campaigning. You are on your honor to abide by the election rules.

Voting will take place outside of the Student Lounge next week on September 8, 9, and 10, and we will announce the winners on Friday, September 11. Each section will elect two bar governors to serve on the SBA. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Craig or me at wpbattle@memphis.edu.
