1L Bar Governor Elections
The SBA is very excited to add four new Bar Governors from the 1L class! To begin your campaign for office, email your written statements to Preston Dennis, at pdennis1@memphis.edu, by Monday, August 28 at 5 p.m AND turn in your signed Bar Governor petition to Preston’s mailbox by 5 p.m. Monday.
The election will open on Tigerzone – Tuesday, August 29th and winners will be announced Friday, September 1st.
The election rules and Bar Governor petition form are attached below. Please email Preston Dennis with any questions about the election process or the duties of Bar Governors.
