1L/2L Paid Summer Associate Position in Murfreesboro
Paid Summer Associate position for summer 2025 (Murfreesboro, TN). The position will be in-person, full-time for 6 weeks, and the candidate may apply for either the first half of the summer (beginning in early May and running through mid-June) or the second half of the summer (beginning in mid-June and running through early August).
The law firm practices in business law and litigation, probate, adoption, conservatorships, and estate planning. Responsibilities will include drafting documents, filing documents with the Court, assisting with discovery and depositions, assisting with trials and other Court appearances, and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed. The candidate must be thorough and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn, highly organized and adaptable, adept at working both independently and as part of a team, able to pace work, and comfortable with occasional tight deadlines.
Murfreesboro is about 30 miles SE of Nashville.
