Virtual Estate Planning Clinic
WTLS is hosting our first Virtual Estate Planning Clinic of the New Year! It will be held January 20-23. This is the perfect opportunity to earn some last-minute pro bono credit before graduation.
Students will be matched with clients and will give the clients a call at their scheduled time to complete their wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Documents will be returned to me, and a volunteer attorney will review student work. WTLS will handle scheduling with the client to execute the documents. Please sign up as soon as possible. We have a limited number of clients for this clinic, and clients will be given to volunteers in the order that volunteers sign up. If you are not placed with a client during this clinic, please keep an eye out for future opportunities.
