Judge Gilman is accepting applications to fill two law-clerk positions. The positions are for one-year terms that will begin in the latter half of August 2026. Interviews by Zoom will start after January 14, 2026 and will continue until the positions are filled. Only applications submitted through Oscar will be considered. High class rank and the quality of the writing sample are afforded great weight. The writing sample (which may be an excerpt) must be unedited by anyone other than the applicant.
