The Federalist Society Presents Professor Christopher Walker on Reining in the Administrative State: Can Congress Respond?

Join the Federalist Society next Thursday (September 4) at noon, in room 226, for a lunch talk with Professor Christopher Walker from the University of Michigan. The talk will focus on the Supreme Court’s seeming anti-administrative turn through lens of an increasingly powerful Executive and a feeble Congress. It will also propose some solutions Congress can take to regain its power.
