*Final Graduation Information*

Dear Graduates,

Please review the Final Memo to Graduates for important information about the upcoming graduation ceremony.  Also, our commencement website has been updated to include important information regarding the commencement ceremony. This is a great resource for family and friends who plan on attending the ceremony.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive backstage at the Orpheum by 3:45 on May 11 through the stage door located on Beale Street.   Only graduates will be permitted backstage, so please direct your friends and family members to enter through the main entrance to the Orpheum.

Photos

The exterior doors to the Orpheum will open at 3:15 p.m. only for graduates to quickly take photos in the lobby with their families and then immediately exit. The exterior doors will open to the general public at 4:00 p.m., and the interior doors will open at 4:15 p.m. Graduates who wish to take pictures at the venue are encouraged to do so prior to the ceremony, as the crowd size will make it difficult to get photos inside the venue after the ceremony. We will have student volunteers with hoods available in the lobby before the ceremony for graduates to use to take pictures.

Please be respectful of your classmates and take your photos and exit as quickly as possible so we can ensure that everyone has an opportunity for pictures with their families.

Parking Passes

Ms. Hope has some parking passes if you still need any extra ones.
