**Attention Graduates – Name Pronunciations & Regalia Pickup**

Dear Graduates,

Please review the Memo to Graduates for important information about the upcoming graduation ceremony.

Please be sure to RSVP here by Wednesday, April 24, to let us know if you plan to attend the ceremony.

Name Pronunciations

We want to ensure that we pronounce your name correctly at the commencement ceremony.  If you suspect that the pronouncer may have difficulty pronouncing your name, please fill out this form to provide a phonetic pronunciation of your name for the pronouncer at graduation.  Please complete this form by Wednesday, May 1, so that we can have the cards created in time for graduation.

Please note that we will not be able to take corrections at the graduation ceremony, so please make sure that you complete the form by May 1.  If you have questions, please contact Abby Gardner.

Also, our commencement website has been updated to include important information regarding the commencement ceremony. This is a great resource for family and friends who plan on attending the ceremony.

Regalia

You may pick you your regalia and parking passes from Stephanie Hope in the Career Services Office between Monday, April 29 – Thursday, May 9.  All regalia must be picked up by Thursday, May 9.
